Repair prices depend on the piece and what it needs, so we look at it first and give you a price and a timescale before any work begins. Nothing gets done to your jewelry that you have not agreed to.

What people ask about repairs
Can you resize or repair a ring I already own?
Yes. We handle cleaning, resizing, stone tightening, and small repairs on gold and silver pieces, including jewelry that was not bought from us.
Do you repair jewelry bought somewhere else?
Yes. It does not matter where the piece came from. Bring it in and we will take a look.
How much will a repair cost?
It depends on the piece and what it needs, so we quote after seeing it, not over the phone. Bring it in and you will get a price before we start any work.
How long do repairs take?
It depends on the job. Some are quick, others need you to leave the piece with us. We will tell you when to come back when we give you the quote, so you are not left guessing.
Can a ring be resized after a proposal?
Yes, and it is a common reason people come in. A surprise engagement ring does not have to fit perfectly on the day. Bring it back after and we will fit it properly.
Do you work on silver as well as gold?
Yes, we work in both real gold and silver, and repairs cover the same range of pieces in either metal.
