WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT RINGS
A ring made for one finger in particular
Most of what we make is custom: bands a couple picks out together, and engagement rings kept secret until the right moment. Made to your size and design in our Bagacay shop. Worth starting earlier than most couples expect.
HOW A CUSTOM RING HAPPENS
From an idea on your phone to a finished ring
Bring an idea
A photo on your phone, a sketch, or a ring you already own is enough to start. We will tell you what is possible and what it costs before we begin.
Sized to the wearer
Your ring is made to your finger size, not resized down from a tray. Buying a surprise engagement ring? We can talk through how to get the size quietly.
Choose the stone
Natural or lab grown, with an IGI, GIA, or GRA certificate, so the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight are written down.
Booked, then made
Plan for four to five weeks from booking to pickup. Only three to five days of that is the actual making. The rest is the job queue ahead of you.
WHEN TO ORDER
Making the ring is the fast part
Making a pair of rings takes three to five days. Getting to them takes four to five weeks. We make our rings to order instead of keeping them in a display case, so your pair joins a job queue, and that queue fills up faster than most couples expect. The making is quick. The waiting is what you need to plan around. Couples book the venue a year ahead. The rings get remembered two weeks before.
Two months before, at the latest
Come in and talk
Some couples inquire a year ahead. Two months before the wedding is still okay, but that is cutting it close. The first talk costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Before the downpayment
The design gets final
We finalize the design before we accept a downpayment, because from that point we are making the ring to that drawing. After that, the only change is the size, at the fitting, and usually just once. So take your time deciding now.
four to five weeks
In the queue, then made
Making the ring takes only three to five days. The rest is the job queue ahead of you, and it fills up faster than most couples expect. Rings with stone settings go through the same queue.
Booking locks your gold rate
Your price follows the gold rate on the day you book, and that is the rate you pay, even if the wedding is still months away. If gold goes up while your rings are in the queue, we absorb the difference, not you. It works both ways: once you book, the rate stops moving for both of us.
What happens when you book late
We have had couples come in the day before the wedding. The problem is not that we say no. It is that the choices disappear. They take whatever size we have available, and walk out with two rings that do not match. Most couples want a matching pair. That is the first thing to go when there is no time left.
STYLES WE MAKE
Three starting points
None of these are fixed catalog items. They are the shapes most couples start from before we change something.
Classic bands
Plain or with light detail, in yellow, white, or rose gold. Still the pair most couples choose, and the easiest to wear every day.
Solitaires
A single certified stone on a band cut to your finger size. We build the setting around the diamond, not the other way around.
Two tone finishes
Two colors of gold in one ring. For couples who cannot agree on yellow or white, or who simply want both.
On the stones
We set natural and lab grown diamonds, and both come with an IGI, GIA, or GRA certificate. That matters more than it sounds. A certificate means the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight are recorded by a recognized lab, not just claimed by the shop selling them to you.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
What couples ask us first
How long does a custom ring take to make?
Making it takes three to five days. The waiting takes longer. We follow a job order queue, so a realistic time from booking to pickup is four to five weeks. Intricate settings go through the same queue, so they take about the same.
How far ahead of the wedding should we order our rings?
Some couples come to us a year ahead. Two months before the wedding is still okay, but treat that as the latest, not the target. Our rings are made to order, so there is no ready stock to choose from if the queue is full.
Can you make rings in time if the wedding is very close?
Sometimes. We accept rush orders within three to five days, but only for simple wedding bands, and only if the queue allows. Anything with a stone setting goes through the normal queue. If your date is near, please call us first before making plans around it.
Is the gold rate locked when we book?
Yes. Your price follows the gold rate on the day you book, and that is the rate you pay even if the wedding is still months away. If gold goes up while you wait, we absorb the difference, not you. It works both ways: once you book, the rate is fixed for both of us.
Do you have wedding bands ready to take home?
Not usually. We make wedding bands and engagement rings to order instead of keeping them in a display case, which is why timing matters. Some shops in Dumaguete do carry ready made rings, but they are usually more expensive.
Are your diamonds certified?
Our natural and lab grown stones come with IGI, GIA, or GRA certificates. That means the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight are recorded by a recognized lab, not just claimed by the shop selling them.
Can you make a ring from a design I bring in?
Yes. Most of what we make is custom, and a photo or a sketch is a fine place to start. We will tell you what is possible in the metal and stone you want, then quote the time and price before we begin.
How do I get the size right for a surprise proposal?
Come in and talk to us. It is a common problem and there are a few quiet ways around it. Rings can also be resized later, so a surprise proposal does not have to mean a ring that never fits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit and credit card, and bank transfer. You can also reserve a piece and pay in installments, which is how a lot of couples handle a pair of bands.
